I just wanted to publicly thank Dr. W and his team for taking care of me today. I needed the dreaded deep cleaning. Let’s be real here. Who looks forward to going to the dentist/ Periodontist? I sure didn’t. However, Dr. W and his team were professional, personable and efficient. The hygienist, Shawn, not only did a great job, but clearly explained how to prevent further problems. I called on Thursday with a black looking pocket next to my implant and new crown. I called my dentist first and was told to go to periodontist. They got me in first thing Friday morning and did some minor procedure to find what looked like a black string that was deep and by the crown. Implant was great, possible string the dentist wraps around the crown. Either way I was treated with professional care. I would recommend them 100%. More

I am so happy I went to Premiere Periodontics in Kirkland today because he said that I did not need gum surgery, when the other periodontist I went to a few months ago from a different company wanted to charge me $10,000 for gum surgery. I appreciate his honesty at Premier Periodontics to not do useless surgery. Also, I appreciate it that if I did have surgery at Premiere they would not put me out with drugs, but the other place said that the only way that they do surgery is by putting people out with drugs. So happy to have found Premier Periodontics after my previous periodontist retired. I just had laser surgery done by Dr. Huynh-Ba and his assistant Lourisa. Dr. Huynh-Ba checked on me frequently to make sure I was doing okay and not in any pain. Lourisa went over all the after surgery instruction with me which was quite helpful. She also called me the next day to see how I was doing. I've had invasive gum surgery treatment done in the past, the pain and recovery from laser surgery is like night and day compared to the non laser procedure. No pain or swelling after day two. All the staff are courteous and professional. More

Shawn has been cleaning my teeth for the past 12 or 13 years. The care she takes in all aspects of each teeth cleaning appointment is second to none. She takes time to carefully assess gum recession and condition. She never fails to ask about any concerns I may have. Her cleaning technique is gentle and her chair side manner is professional, courteous and friendly. She’s the best! The front desk folks over the years have always been top notch as well. More

Doctor Huyn-Ba and Louria did and excellent job placing my implants. The procedure took two hours, as I knew it would, and they continued to ask me if I was ok and if I needed a break. They both explained every step as they were happening, being as gentle as possible. Highly recommend Premier Periodontics. Also BIG shout out to Chrissy and Christina, reception staff. This office provides terrific care. Liz is a great hygienist and Dr. Ghadri is a magnificent periodontist. All of the staff members are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. It is easy to schedule appointments and the location is good. The only downside is parking is rather limited; although there is some street parking and an adjacent parking lot which has available spaces. I highly recommend this establishment. More

I spent the last year getting multiple gum grafts throughout my mouth. Everyone at Premier Periodontists is phenomenal! Dr. Ghadri is very professional but funny at the same time. I never felt anything during my surgeries and both of his assistants cared for me like I was their sister. Diane at the billing desk is a freaking hoot! And helped make my payments pain free (which can sometimes hurt more than the surgery itself, jkjk). They would call and check on me in the days following my surgery and would immediately adjust medications if need be. I can’t thank them enough or tout their skills and kindness louder than I already do. I apologize for the long response and although I am glad to finally be done with surgeries, I will miss everyone at the office. More

Highly recommend Premier Periodontics (Bellevue)! I was a patient at the Bellevue office and underwent a dental gum grafting. Was somewhat anxious going into the surgery because I had heard stories from my friends who went through similar procedures. Dr. Issa and Svetlana did an excellent job of outlining the entire process and making me feel comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. TLDR; These folks are AMAZING. For decades, dentists have warned me I would "eventually" need gums grafting. When "eventually" became "now," I could not be more giddy that Dr. Yeh referred me to Dr. Hyun & the Premier team. After years of dental work and associated anxiety...it had finally come to this. The Periodontist! YIKES!!! To say I was not looking forward to the visit and extraction of the offending tooth is an understatement. I'd had my teeth straightened, whitened, crowned, root canaled and now - as seemingly a last resort we were pulling the one of my precious suckers out! There was a lot of drama in my head about this (I'm too young. I should have brushed better. I have bad genetics...you name it, I thought it). HOWEVER, the staff at Premier Periodontic in Everett could not have been kinder! Dr. Hyun was super caring and sweet, explained the procedure in detail and assured she would stop should there be even the slightest discomfort (and she did when I started to feel a little something and we rebooted the novocaine.) Assistant Lourisa was also very comforting. She and Dr. Hyun joked back and forth but continually checked in with me as to how I was doing. Admittedly - it was not that bad! Tessa, Jenica and Candice were all on hand near by to bring items as needed and help explain post-op procedures and billing. When they discovered an issue in the tooth next to the one in question, they didn;t hesitate to address that situation too. It meant a longer session but also more efficiency for healing. I was the last appt. of the day and was impressed with their commitment to doing the right thing by pulling a second tooth versus scheduling me for another time. I truly appreciated their dedication and willingness to stay an extra HOUR on my behalf! Lourisa even called a couple of days later to see how I was doing and I appreciated the nice touch. I’ve had 3 of 4 gum surgeries here and the staff is amazing. All of the techs and especially Dr. Hyun is a skilled mouth surgeon. No joke, we can get into specifics, but her skilled hand and bedside demeanor is great. 10/10 recommend. The billing front desk women are also amazing. I have 2 insurances and they billed it so we are $0 out of pocket (your mileage will vary) but they kept at it through our insurances and fought for me to get it 100% covered. I couldn’t recommend them more. Also because I’ve been there multiple times in 2021, we got to know each other and really “worked well together” as weird as that sounds, it’s a thing with your Heath care provider. It made my 2nd and 3rd gum surgeries so much better. Again, 10/10 recommend. More

I was very nervous about getting my tooth pulled and an implant, but right from the start when I walked thru the door the front desk gal was very calming and friendly and kind. When I went back to meet Dr Hyun and Lourisa, they were great at explaining twice and very understanding of my concerns and had a good sense of humor that really put me at ease. When I went back for the procedure I was given a mild sedation and was totally comfortable. I am now 3 days post op and have had no bleeding or stitch issues. If I ever need to do this again I will 100% go back there and refer anyone I know to do the same. More

I can’t say enough positive things about these very professional and knowledgeable and kind people at Premiere Periodontics. Let’s face it. If you are going to see a Periodontist it probably means something is wrong. I was referred to them by Rewards Dental in Burien and I wound up at the Kent location, which was most convenient location for me. I had an appointment with Dr. Ashour. My situation with my tooth implant is not great and he didn’t beat around the bush, he told me bottom line what was going on. He was very clear and informative about my circumstances. Which did discourage me, I can’t lie. Here’s the most important part, though. Dr. Hyun and Lourisa made my gum graft so much less scary than I was anticipating. I came in so, so nervous, and left laughing and calm. I had a lot of anxiety going into my gum grafting surgery because of previous experiences at another practice where I ended up with infections on two different occasions. The staff, Diana in particular, were very responsive to my concerns/anxiety which helped a lot. The care I received during the procedure was exceptional. I paid extra for the sedation, which was totally worth it. Because of my previous infections I was put on two antibiotics and I’m happy to report that I did not get an infection this time. Thank you to everyone involved in my care. More

I was so nervous to go to my appointment to get a implant. Upon walking in the door the receptionist made me feel very welcome and the check in process went very smooth. Then Lourisa came out to take me back she was amazing answered so many questions and calmed my nerves somewhat then Dr Hyun came in and explained the process in detail she made me feel very comfortable and made sure to let me know if anything hurt she would stop. Everything went well and I was very pleased with the services I received. A billing lady came in also to go over the cost she was super nice too. All in all a very pleasant appointment and would highly recommend them. More

She healed me with her excellent work and kept me aware of the condition during the process. I felt very "welcomed" as I first entered the office. I was greeted with explicit instructions as to what I needed to do, ie. fill out paperwork, etc. Everyone is so nice. The entire consultation for my surgery was clearly and completely explained to me with minimal questions on my part. The staff and doctor were very helpful which put my anxiety at ease. At the end, the whole experience assured me that I will be in "good hands!" More

I had to have a tooth extraction so my dentist referred me to Premier Periodontics. I don’t think anyone can look forward to having a tooth removed but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again. My Hygienist was amazing and helped me with my fears and concerns regarding my extraction and I felt much better about it. She was super positive and encouraging. Dentist was very good and even though I had a hard tooth to extract he got it done without causing me any discomfort other than what you expect getting a tooth pulled. Super pleasant with great attitudes. I like the fact that my hygienist got my Tylenol and ibuprofen onboard before my procedure and I was given a detailed set of instructions on after care with examples of the foods I can eat, and a notation at what time to take my next dose of pain meds. I appreciate the attention to detail. Thank you very much for your professionalism and caring attitudes. Office staff was also very nice to work with. More
