My dentist recommended Premier to get a gum grafting procedure done, and while it has been a rough recovery and healing process, Dr Hyun and Lourisa and their assistant, Jessica, handled the surgery with ease and got me in and out while being so kind in answering my many questions pre and post operation. They have been very attentive and supportive and quick to offer solutions when my body wasn’t responding the way it should. More
I was kind of nervous for my teeth grafting surgery. The whole operation team(Dr. Toloue,Thanh & Elena) and front desk people prepared me well by explaining procedures and they are very patient for each question including insurance. On surgery day, Dr. Toloue and her assistant did a good job by pulling my teeth out thoroughly without feeling any pain. The instructions of post- surgery is very detailed in each step. The team at Premier Perio have given me excellent care of all kinds for the past several years! After some difficult prior dental experiences I’d neglected my teeth for several years. About 5 years ago I felt I couldn’t put it off any longer and despite my fears went to the dentist, complaining of soreness, bleeding gums and bad breath. He told me that while I had no cavities, my gums were in very sad shape and recommended Premier Perio. The PP team started me with the heavy duty deep scaling to clean out the deep pockets, one mouth quadrant at a time. Then Dr Ghadri did gum grafting in two places to improve and increase gum tissue. And last year I had laser treatment for a tooth that unexpectedly showed up with a super deep pocket and infection. Today I am on an every 3 months cleaning schedule and my mouth is in a very good place! I so appreciate and value the expertise and caring attitude of the Premier Perio team — I know I’m in great hands! More

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so here. A little background: I had a root canal that went sideways a few years ago, and developed a pretty scary infection as a result. I was already bitter at my dentist for the root canal, so I switched dentists when the discomfort became too much to bear, and was immediately referred to Premier Periodontics next day. (This is in the week leading up to Christmas, mind you). Premier Periodontics was able to get me in on an expedited basis and had a complete treatment plan worked out in minutes. At no point was I left marinating in the waiting room. Surgery was scheduled the following day at the Kirkland office, and I was very apprehensive, knowing the scale of my infection at this point and dreading both the procedure and the recovery. This practice is a well-oiled machine. Every customer touch from the initial check-in (with a very bright and bubbly Amy and Christina) at the front desk, to Laurissa (the surgical assistant) simply stuck the landing by every metric: Friendly, informative, engaged, and efficient. My procedure and what to expect were very clearly explained (multiple times) and my prescriptions all arrived at my pharmacy without error or delay same day. I have to say that as impressive as the rest of the staff were, Dr. Hyun stole the show. My surgery took over two hours, and involved grafting for significant bone loss and the extraction of two teeth. I must have been asked if I was experiencing discomfort a dozen times, and I was immediately re-anesthetized if I began to feel a pinch. Dr. Hyun eliminated a horrible infection, and sutured the work so flawlessly, as I write this review just over 24 hours after the procedure, I can say I have completely stopped taking painkillers for swelling or discomfort and never felt tempted to resort to the opioid emergency prescription. In short, other than taking care of the surgical areas, my life is already completely back to normal. I was expecting several days of misery at a minimum, tons of bleeding, and subsisting on soft foods for a week or more, and while I'll probably still try to do that just to protect the sutures, it's a choice made out of an abundance of caution rather than pain-based necessity. Laurissa followed up this morning after the surgery to see how I was doing, and that was when I knew I was one of the lucky ones who through pure chance landed in the best possible hands for my emergency. If you have a choice on your periodontists, you won't go wrong with Premier! One quick note: There is also a Premier Family Dentistry (No business relation) in Kirkland about four miles from the Periodontist clinic. Make sure you set your GPS to the right one! More

Had quite a big procedure of 2 teeth removal followed by implants after healing. I worked with Dr.Lin and felt really comfortable with her knowledge and expertise. She also has an excellent chair (?) side manner and it feels like you’re chatting with a friend except you can’t talk back that often because your mouth has work going on. During the implants procedure, I did have quite a lot of phantom pains across my mouth and felt like an imposter complaining each time but Dr. Lin was very patient and stopped each and every time to check the area that was possibly hurting and administering more pain killer (she did talk about limits and how we were well under that). My implants have healed well and I think the major part of everything going so well is due to how good Dr. Lin is. The office is pleasant to work with, I have never had to wait so they are good with scheduling.Also like that they tell you in advance the time a procedure would take so you can plan your day better. I had a good experience at Premier Periodontics, today. I went in for a consult, for gum grafting. Dr Toloue, and her medical assistant, Linette put me at ease during my appointment. They were kind, thorough, and addressed my concerns and questions. After my appointment, I spoke with Tesla in regards to the estimate for my procedure. Doctor Huyn-Ba and Louria did and excellent job placing my implants. The procedure took two hours, as I knew it would, and they continued to ask me if I was ok and if I needed a break. I HIGHLY recommend Premier Periodontics Everett. I visited them for an implant preparation which also included a sinus lift. I've had this same procedure some at a different facility and the experiences couldn't be any different. Not only is Dr. Wattimena trained in the latest techniques, but his "chairside" manner is very reassuring, educational if you want to ask questions, and he adds a sense of humor to make you at ease. His surgical assistant Ashely was very professional and they worked well together. During this World wide Pandemic, unlike some places that have let their guard down, I was certainly pleased at how the staff continually sanitized everything before being use... from the counters to the pens that patients used and told to keep for cleanliness sake. Having been in an accident 19 days earlier and not being told about emergency appointments, I was recommended to Premier Periodontics for tooth loss and facial fractures by my dentist. X-rays were taken at Premier and after examination, Dr Wattimena determined that an Oral/facial Surgeon would be a better fit for my injuries and the length of time that had passed since the accident. The staff immediately found me a specialist only 1/2 mile away that got me in as an emergency appointment within 1/2 hour of leaving Premier’s office. Though I was in Dr. Wattimena’s dental chair for more than 45 minutes which included the 2 X-rays, he told me that there would be no charge as he hadn’t really done anything for me!! Are you kidding? This honest Doctor not only steered me to a specialist nearby who could see me quickly but didn’t try to charge for his efforts. A true and honorable physician in my opinion well worthy of a glowing recommendation for him, his entire staff and a practice denoted as PREMIER (premier should be underlined) Periodontics. Great staff!!! And very accommodating. Despite my anxiousness, the entire staff and especially Dr. Toloue put me at ease during, as well as following my gum grafting procedure. I found the team to be professional and kind. I’m very surprised about the previous reviews on billing. The treatment plan was clearly outlined. There are no hidden costs, insurance either pays or does not. Both scenarios were on there. And further the costs are reasonable; I’ve done my research. Implants, that are not "knock offs" are not cheap, do your self a favor and get the real deal. I actually look forward to addressing my implant with Dr. Toloue in the near future. More

Where have these two ladies been my entire life? Maryjo and Anja at Premier Periodontics, are the absolute best dental hygienist I have ever had! I had a dentist for 35 years who died in a ski accident and I was pushed out of my comfortable dental nest, so to speak, so I had the opportunity to find a new provider. My teeth were basically well cared for and I had no periodontal needs but I wanted to be proactive and research what was available. What about gum disease? What about implants that all my friends of a certain age are talking about? So, I made an appointment at the Bellevue office of Premier Periodontics which was comfortable, friendly and welcoming but not ostentatious. I had my teeth cleaned like they have never been cleaned before, and my gums mapped for recession. The advancements in dental care were fascinating and Dr. Dkeidek throughly examined my teeth and presented a plan of how I could better care for them. He also answered my many questions thoroughly and patiently. I was to have my teeth cleaned every 4 months to prevent further plaque build-up or recession of my gums. That was it! There was no hard sell to do any advanced procedures nor pressure to sign up for a package deal. I left the office smiling with a sense of receiving the best professional dental care available. More
I was referred to Dr. Madden by my family dentist for gum recession and deep (and I do mean deep) scaling. It was necessary to follow up with gum grafting as well as excision of a deep pocket. The surgery was a breeze -- no complications -- and Dr. Madden called me that evening to check up on me. Tracy, the hygienist, is super, too. I see her routinely for follow-up periodontal care. I had gum grafting 2 1/2 days ago. After hearing and reading about pain and complications that could occur I was a bit concerned. Also, I have anxiety when people work on my mouth or throat, due to past medical conditions. She was great! While getting my procedure done she was training a new assistant, Rochelle, who was very nice and calming. I followed Dr. Madden's instructions and iced the area for the rest of the day, I even stayed in bed for an additional day to not be tempted to over do it. I have minimal swelling, and no bruising!
