I had a ‘deep cleaning’ performed by hygienist Diana at Premier Periodontics, done in 2 stages - right side first, then left side 2 weeks later. I have had my share of experience with dentists and hygienists over the years (I’m over 60 now) and I praised Diana before leaving after the second treatment. Her administration of Novocain and the surface numbing medication was top notch. I didn’t feel any ‘pinch’ when injecting the Novocain. And there were about 6-7 injections on each visit. The result of the numbing was that I had zero pain from anything Diana had to do in my mouth. THAT is my IDEAL outcome when I visit those who do work on my teeth. Thank you, Diana!! More

I had an implant surgery done at this office. Probably the best experiences I’ve had with an office to date. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful and Dr. Toloue was so friendly, informative and patient. They were super punctual, yet flexible as well. Highly recommend !! More

I was referred here to have a wisdom tooth removed from Dr. Gelb's clinic. At first I was a bit concerned, since Premier Periodontics does not advertise this service. However, all dental surgeons in town were booked out for many weeks, and I was assured that they were up to the job. When I finally made it here, the experience was great. The price, although not cheap, was less than any dental surgeon I had called, and the whole procedure took less than 10 minutes, including local numbing, pulling out the tooth, and closing the wound. The recovery, however, was the best part. I took ibuprofen for the same day and the next, but realized I didn't have any pain anyway, so stopped on the third and had no further issues. After a week, I didn't even notice anything had happened, apart from when food gets stuck in the hole that still takes a while to close. Very impressed with the result, and it was great for me to have it done quicker than if I had had to wait for an oral surgeon. More

Excellent care and staffing as always. This time I saw Dr Toloue and Jamie for a check up. Both were patient centered and answered all of my questions, being professional and very friendly. Not work I look forward to, but the staff there makes it as good as possible. Thank you. More

My dentist recommended Premier to get a gum grafting procedure done, and while it has been a rough recovery and healing process, Dr Hyun and Lourisa and their assistant, Jessica, handled the surgery with ease and got me in and out while being so kind in answering my many questions pre and post operation. I went to Periodontics in Olympia for gum issues. Dr. Ghadri and his team are professional and polite. I underwent gum surgery for gingivitis. I was kind of nervous for my teeth grafting surgery. The whole operation team(Dr. Toloue,Thanh & Elena) and front desk people prepared me well by explaining procedures and they are very patient for each question including insurance. The team at Premier Perio have given me excellent care of all kinds for the past several years! After some difficult prior dental experiences I’d neglected my teeth for several years. About 5 years ago I felt I couldn’t put it off any longer and despite my fears went to the dentist, complaining of soreness, bleeding gums and bad breath. He told me that while I had no cavities, my gums were in very sad shape and recommended Premier Perio. The PP team started me with the heavy duty deep scaling to clean out the deep pockets, one mouth quadrant at a time. Then Dr Ghadri did gum grafting in two places to improve and increase gum tissue. And last year I had laser treatment for a tooth that unexpectedly showed up with a super deep pocket and infection. Today I am on an every 3 months cleaning schedule and my mouth is in a very good place! I so appreciate and value the expertise and caring attitude of the Premier Perio team — I know I’m in great hands! More

I didn’t like the news from my dentist that it was time for a gum graft to protect from injury. Obviously made me sad. I even waited as long as I could. The office referred me to Premier (Bellevue office). I had a brief consultation and a few days later the good folks solved my problem with a graft. They were kind, professional, careful, and the procedure was quick. My situation was straight forward. Not much swelling. Some temporary eating inconvenience. I consider myself lucky and when I need the other side done, I’ll head back and not wait. More

I had an outstanding experience at Premier Periodontics today. I was an emergency referral right as they closed on a Friday and they stayed late to take care of me. I was a mess. I got immediately looked after by Stephanie and then the surgical assistants Tiffani and Jamie worked hard to keep me calm, I was in a LOT of pain at this point. Then Dr Toloue came in and confidently took charge. She was outstanding even telling me dad jokes to take my mind off it. I left a couple of hours later in no pain and very professionally handled. What a good experience! I've only had to have a tooth pulled once before (lucky!), so I was nervous, but the team was excellent and very professional. They must have asked me a dozen times during the procedure "are you okay?" and I always was. The cost of getting nitrous oxide was an unpleasant surprise, but I wouldn't/ couldn't have had the tooth removed without it. Same day, 8 hours later, and I know I had work done but I am not in pain. When your family dentist runs into a problem they can’t solve, they call in the A-Team. When the A-Team is stumped, they call in these guys—Premier Periodontics. Dr. Ghadri is a surgical genius who uses high tech bordering on Star Trek. He’s truly ‘dynamite w/a laser beam’, and I trust him completely. His support staff of assistants (Magi & Alyssa) and hygienist (Liz) all have enhanced training and skills above and beyond their counterparts at other facilities. The office managers (Dianna, Sandra, and Christina) are goddesses at scheduling and dealing with (!@#$%) insurance companies . The overall atmosphere is one of friendly, expert competence. If you need this type of service — and I hope you don’t — Premier is the best place to get it. More

I'm quite happy with the implant, graft and nasal lift that Dr. Ghadri and his staff installed after an Extraction due to an old root canal that failed. The only complaint that I have is the excessive charge for nitrous during the surgery. I have the same issue with a charge for nitrous during a root canal with an endodontist. My regular dentist does not charge for nitrous during major dental work. It seems that the more costly the procedure, the more the specialist charges. That seems greedy to me. More

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so here. A little background: I had a root canal that went sideways a few years ago, and developed a pretty scary infection as a result. I was already bitter at my dentist for the root canal, so I switched dentists when the discomfort became too much to bear, and was immediately referred to Premier Periodontics next day. (This is in the week leading up to Christmas, mind you). Premier Periodontics was able to get me in on an expedited basis and had a complete treatment plan worked out in minutes. At no point was I left marinating in the waiting room. Surgery was scheduled the following day at the Kirkland office, and I was very apprehensive, knowing the scale of my infection at this point and dreading both the procedure and the recovery. This practice is a well-oiled machine. Every customer touch from the initial check-in (with a very bright and bubbly Amy and Christina) at the front desk, to Laurissa (the surgical assistant) simply stuck the landing by every metric: Friendly, informative, engaged, and efficient. My procedure and what to expect were very clearly explained (multiple times) and my prescriptions all arrived at my pharmacy without error or delay same day. I have to say that as impressive as the rest of the staff were, Dr. Hyun stole the show. My surgery took over two hours, and involved grafting for significant bone loss and the extraction of two teeth. I must have been asked if I was experiencing discomfort a dozen times, and I was immediately re-anesthetized if I began to feel a pinch. Dr. Hyun eliminated a horrible infection, and sutured the work so flawlessly, as I write this review just over 24 hours after the procedure, I can say I have completely stopped taking painkillers for swelling or discomfort and never felt tempted to resort to the opioid emergency prescription. In short, other than taking care of the surgical areas, my life is already completely back to normal. I was expecting several days of misery at a minimum, tons of bleeding, and subsisting on soft foods for a week or more, and while I'll probably still try to do that just to protect the sutures, it's a choice made out of an abundance of caution rather than pain-based necessity. Laurissa followed up this morning after the surgery to see how I was doing, and that was when I knew I was one of the lucky ones who through pure chance landed in the best possible hands for my emergency. If you have a choice on your periodontists, you won't go wrong with Premier! One quick note: There is also a Premier Family Dentistry (No business relation) in Kirkland about four miles from the Periodontist clinic. Make sure you set your GPS to the right one! More

Had quite a big procedure of 2 teeth removal followed by implants after healing. I worked with Dr.Lin and felt really comfortable with her knowledge and expertise. She also has an excellent chair (?) side manner and it feels like you’re chatting with a friend except you can’t talk back that often because your mouth has work going on. During the implants procedure, I did have quite a lot of phantom pains across my mouth and felt like an imposter complaining each time but Dr. Lin was very patient and stopped each and every time to check the area that was possibly hurting and administering more pain killer (she did talk about limits and how we were well under that). My implants have healed well and I think the major part of everything going so well is due to how good Dr. Lin is. The office is pleasant to work with, I have never had to wait so they are good with scheduling.Also like that they tell you in advance the time a procedure would take so you can plan your day better. I am very pleased with the implant services provided by Dr. Toloue and her team. Before the whole process, I was a little bit nervous because it was my first implant. However, Dr. Toloue totally changed my experience. She made the operations efficient and quick. I didn’t feel much pain after tooth extraction and implant. I just took one day Tylenol for pain control. Surgical assistant Thanh was very nice and technically confident. She made sure I was relaxed. Admin assistant Sophia scheduled well and explained things clearly. Overall my implant experience with Premier Peridontics exceeded expectations. I’m looking forward to working with my dentist to put on a new crown! More
